Web browser
The software application (a program) that one is using to search for, reach and explore websites

The ability/flexibility of a website to function on different web browsers available on the market.
Website responsitivity
A websites ability to respond to different devices and thus display the webpages in a suitable form
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
The process of improving the ranking of a website in a search engine (eg Google).
Search engine
In effect an online directory, where one can search using certain keywords and then is given a list of businesses offering relevant products or services.
Content Management System
A software system that provides a user friendly interface to assist when managing (creating and amending) the content of a website
